1. The Poker Room (Gaming Operations)
This team is the backbone of the action, ensuring the games run smoothly, fairly, and with professional flair.
Dealer/Croupier:
The face of the game. Responsible for accurately dealing various poker variants (Hold’em, Omaha), maintaining table pace, and upholding game rules. Must be certified or willing to complete a training program.
Poker Room Supervisor/Floor Staff:
Oversees multiple tables, handles player disputes, manages seat assignments, and ensures adherence to house rules. Requires strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
Poker Host/Cashier:
Handles buy-ins, payouts, chips, and manages the player waiting list and reservations.
